Wow, only 10 days left. Actually, I will take a break from November 10-November 27, then fast again from December 1 to December 8. After this juice fast, I will continue to fast one day a week, or 3 days a month.
Elliptical for 30 minutes in the morning.
Juiced watermelon for breakfast.
Juiced Japanese cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, parsley and ginger. Took juice in 16 oz thermos.
2:00 pm - Had bowl of avocado soup. Had bowl of yesterday's pureed vegetable soup diluted with low sodium broth.
8:00 pm - Had another bowl of yesterday's pureed vegetable soup.

this diet is much too much. i'm so glad you recorded your blogspot on the anica registrar so i can snoop on you. did you come in for a mary-kate shirt? they are in the store nooooooow. gzzz. if only i could see you wearing it...on an eliptical, eating watermelon. love syd!
