Woke up around 5:30 am
7:00 am - Had avocado soup with vegetable broth
Elliptical for 40 minutes
9:00 am - Carrot and apple juice
3:00 pm - Spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon and ginger juice. I used a whole cucumber so it was full of water and I loved this combination.
Elliptical for 40 minutes and treadmill for 20 minutes. I sure can work out as lon gas I can watch cable TV.
Later in the evening, my friend and I pureed tons of boiled vegetables and made a soup. Cumin does wonder for flavor sans the salt.
