Woke up - sat in sauna for 30 minutes. I sweat profusely now. I'm not sure why I sweat more now than a week ago.
Juiced watermelon for breakfast.
Juiced spinach, ginger, lemon, apple and cucumber for thermos.
Had 2 avocados pureed in vegetable broth for dinner.
I visited my parents tonight and brought my juicer along. They loved the fresh juices.
My parents said I lost a lot of weight. They hadn't seen me since mid-October.
What I noticed: I can breathe a whole lot better. I can always take a deep breath and fill my lungs with air.
